Conditional work
Just one add-on, and nothing else
Not something you can request on its own. It covers extra work that sometimes turns out to be needed, quoted at the vehicle before anything starts.
Stripped Lug Removal
Removal of a damaged, stripped or seized lug nut so the wheel can come off. Quoted and agreed on site before any extra work starts — it is never added automatically.

- You are told the cost at the vehicle and you decide. Decline it and it is not on the bill.
How the money works
The number you see is the number you confirm
- The base price covers the job itself
- The work and the tools for that job. Where a part is involved, the service page says which part you supply.
- The price is frozen when you send the request
- It is stored with your request. Changing the list price later does not change a job that has already been booked.
- Extra work is quoted first
- If something at the vehicle means more work, you are told what it costs before it starts and you decide. An add-on you decline is not on the bill.
- Payment happens with us, not on this site
- This website does not take card details. Payment is arranged directly at the time of service.

Are your prices fixed?
The price shown for each service is the base price for that job, and it is the price you confirm when you send the request. If something on site means extra work — a stripped lug nut, for example — we tell you what it costs and you decide before we start. Nothing gets added without you agreeing to it.
