What each job includes

Only one add-on can be added to a job, and that is the whole list: Stripped Lug Removal $35 per wheel. Quoted at the vehicle, and only charged if you say yes.

  You supply both. We bring the tools and take the old oil.

The price is on the page before you ask: Every job has a number next to it. The price you confirm when you send a request is the price that stands for that job, even if the list changes next month.
Extra work is quoted, never added: The one add-on above is decided at the vehicle, by you, before the work starts.
No arrival time, anywhere: RoadResQ has not measured response times, so the site does not show one. When we reply we tell you what we can actually do.
No ratings, no reviews, no job counts: We have none that are verified, so we publish none. If that changes, what appears here will come from real completed jobs and nowhere else.
No account, and no card details on this site: You can request help as a guest. Payment is arranged directly with us at the vehicle.

How do I request help?

Do I need an account?
No. You can request help as a guest and track it from the link we give you.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with us at the time of service. We do not collect card details through this website.
Are your prices fixed?
The price shown for each service is the base price for that job, and it is the price you confirm when you send the request. If something on site means extra work — a stripped lug nut, for example — we tell you what it costs and you decide before we start. Nothing gets added without you agreeing to it.
