Getting help
How do I request help?
Tap RESQ NOW anywhere on the site. You share your location, tell us what is wrong and a little about your vehicle, and leave a contact number. It takes about a minute and you do not need an account. If you would rather talk to a person, call us.
Do I need an account?
No. You can request help as a guest and track it from the link we give you.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes. You can cancel from your tracking page while the request is still new or just accepted. Once someone is on the way, please call us so we can sort it out directly.
Prices and payment
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with us at the time of service. We do not collect card details through this website.
Are your prices fixed?
The price shown for each service is the base price for that job, and it is the price you confirm when you send the request. If something on site means extra work — a stripped lug nut, for example — we tell you what it costs and you decide before we start. Nothing gets added without you agreeing to it.
The services
Why do I have to supply the battery, spare tire, or oil and filter?
For those services RoadResQ provides the labour and the tools, not the parts. It keeps the price predictable and lets you choose exactly what goes on your vehicle. Each service page lists what you need to have with you.
What if I am not sure what is wrong?
Choose the option that sounds closest, or call us and describe what happened. We would rather talk it through than have you book the wrong thing.
Can you tow my vehicle?
No. RoadResQ provides the roadside services listed on this site. We do not offer towing.
Safety
Is RoadResQ an emergency service?
No. RoadResQ is roadside assistance. If you are in danger, if anyone is injured, or if your vehicle is in a live traffic lane, call 911 first. Get somewhere safe, then contact us.
